Thanks so much Erin!! Sorry for the late reply, life has been a bit hectic lately and I’ve been a bit AWOL from this blog. I use a Canon 70D with a 50mm 1.4 lens (although I also love the cheaper 50mm 1.8 lens). I do always use natural light, and try to position myself near the windows. The photos for this restaurant review was just lucky that it was summer so we had lovely evening light at the restaurant, but usually for recipes I just have to make sure to photograph before evening hits! Let me know if you have any other questions xx

Bookmarked and followed you on insta. 🙂 What kind of camera do you use? I can’t believe how good the lighting is in both your recipe and restaurant review photos. Are you just getting that incredible Australian sun or am I missing out on some secret?

Too bad my wallet won’t let me do that! This restaurant looks amazing. Everything you named from the menu sounds delicious, especially that gnocchi! I’m jealous… thanks for that. Lol. Cheers to a beautiful day, girlie!
