This cake has the flavour factor that's a winner everytime. I've made this cake 4 times now. Each cake having it's own design dependant on what's it's for. It's been a birthday graduation and christening cake. I've baked it in many quantities with great success. Raspberry jam made with chia seeds makes a great addition to the filling too. Deliciousness. Thank you Claudia for this great cake!

Hi Becca! There isn’t a raspberry filling – it’s just the raspberries that are dotted into the top of each cake layer that make it look like there is. Hope that helps!

I am so excited to try this recipe! It looks like there is raspberry filling in between the layers of the cake but in the instructions I don’t see that included? Can you clarify? Thanks!
