Hi! Yes the Prahran market fisheries are perfect, I usually buy from there.

This looks like a fab recipe and I’ve always wanted to make a poke bowl. Curiously, where do you buy your tuna/salmon etc to use for poke bowls? I’ve never bought sashimi grade fish – I’m around South Yarra so I’m guessing the Prahran market would be good for it/

I love making sushi and poke bowls, this was by far the best of every dish I have made. The corn slaw is my new favorite slaw recipe for the summer. Thank you so much for this recipe.

Wasn’t sure if I’d be getting a bit heavy for people so glad you enjoyed – the world is so messed up in so many ways!! I would LOVE a big vegetable garden – that is awesome. We currently have some rhubarb, tomatoes and basil since space is limited, but can’t wait for the time when I can grow more. x
