I’ve only made frangipane once and I loved it. And I had to use pistachios because that was the only nut I had so I’m already a big fan of this, the tahini just makes it that much better! I’m trying to take more risks too this year and it’s so hard to make that jump. But writing it down somewhere really does make you accountable, so I did that as well this year. Good luck taking risks!!!

What a gorgeous tart! And how amazing and inspiring it must have been to listen to Nigella. I agree with you, at any age, being creative can be a challenge and want to constantly push myself to also “take risks”. So, thank you for sharing!
